Gearshift Mechanism Assembly Measuring

Machine measures the gap between differential side gear shoulder to corresponding position on differential case, using the high accuracy displacement sensor, and then calculate the thickness of the side gear gasket.

Measuring machine meshes and separates differential side gear and pinion by press and separate structure,cause dynamic measuring required when gears meshing and static measuring required when gears separating.
